All services are offered based on traditional Vedic astrology principles and practices.

  • Gavai Astrology and its practitioners are not liable for any outcomes resulting from following or not following the guidance provided.

4. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings for consultations, Pooja services, Vastu sessions, or rituals require payment as specified at the time of booking.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable after service delivery begins or when a booking is confirmed.
  • We may offer rescheduling options, but specific refund and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Pooja, Rituals & Vastu Services

  • All Pooja and Shanti rituals are conducted according to authentic Vedic procedures by experienced priests.
  • Services such as Graha Shanti, Navagraha Shanti, Satyanarayan Katha, Griha Pravesh, Rudrabhishek, Vastu Shanti, and Dosh Nivaran are spiritual in nature.
  • You acknowledge that spiritual benefits and experience may vary by individual and time. 

6. Personal Information

  • You agree that any personal details shared for kundali creation (birth date, time, place, etc.) are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Gavai Astrology will handle this data in accordance with the DPDP Act.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” without any guarantees of specific results.
  • Gavai Astrology is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of the use of its services.
  • Advice provided is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

9. Age and Legal Capacity
